Casa Lia Sole is available to rent between May and October although we can accommodate other times by special enquiry.

It can also be used as a magical location for small wedding receptions (we can provide all catering if required).

During peak periods (June to September) minimum rental period is one week and minimum cost is £10,000. We can also rent house for long weekends (minimum 3 nights) during off peak times.

Oue usual changeover day is Saturday. Checkout by 10 AM and check in from 4 PM.

We require a 20% deposit on reservation (non refundable) with full balance payable 4 weeks prior to rental.

In addition there is a £200 cleaning/laundry charge at end of stay plus a returnable deposit of £1000 to cover significant damage & breakages. (refundable 14 days after the end of your holiday).
